The discontinued GoLite Reeds are among BPL lore for this. 4oz.
Someone (Montbell?) is releasing a ~4oz WPB pant for Spring 2012. That typically means Feb 1 or March 1, though stock doesn't always get into the hands of retailers at that time.
Dri Ducks? Tyvek pants might fit the bill if the seams are sealed.
Marmot Essence Pants are listed at 5oz, or approximately 141.7 grams.
Edit: Although my size Large weigh 6.1oz.
O2 rainwear has theirs listed at 3 oz. I don't know how durable they are but I am looking for a new pair of rain pants too and was thinking about giving these a try. http://o2rainwear.com/2011/03/original-pant/
I sewed the Thru-Hiker Liberty Ridge Pants kit using a fabric that is fairly waterproof and fairly breathable. The finished weight was 2.45 oz.
