I checked the BPL site, searched the BPL forum (fairly quickly) and did a google search, but didn't see an answer – does anyone know what happens to the possum's from which they harvest the fur for these clothes?
Not like I am a card-carrying PETA member, but hope that they aren't slaughtered just for the fur. On the other hand, the idea of someone having to shear a possum as a job doesn't sound very realistic.
