I own the Keen Alamosa with 'Keen Dry'. They do not keep you very dry. I may find myself mistakenly dipping my toes in a creek and instantly find my toes wet. No water came through the top. Thos happens all around the shoe. Keen Dry is not that dry, nut tje are cpmfortable.
Not built on the same last as most of Keen's shoes- the pair I got we very tight in the forefoot. Did get my feet a little wet on a day hike last spring, boulder hopping over a full creek and slipped. Feet were wet.
I was going to return them (and I love Keen's in general but this one didn't quite cut it) except I waited too long. Also, other reviewers (on Zappos) complained the inside back of the shoe broke down and crumbled after not a lot of use.
