What are the best cold-weather shoes (for use in snow, etc) you know of that weigh less than three pounds?

Here's the footwear system I use down to around 15-20F, but it would probably work at lower temperatures if I keep moving.

Rab Hispar eVent gaiters
Inov8 Roclite 295 trail runners (approximately 12 oz each shoe)
Rocky Gore-Tex socks (1.5-2 sizes larger than my general shoe size, as these run tight)
medium to heavy wool sock (medium = Wigwam Light Hiker Merino, heavy = Wigwam Ice Sock)
Polypropylene liner socks

I also use Certain-Dri roll-on antiperspirant on the bottoms of my feet for 5 days before a trip, and during the trip. Gore-Tex is breathable, but it still needs some help.

Some wear waterproof trail runners or wear goretex/neoprene socks (or bread bags) with non waterproof shoes. You can also wear NEOS Overshoes over your non waterproof shoes.

Just got back (NCT through Tahquamenon Falls). The winter was a long time coming, but I think it's finally here.
