Shout out for Lawson Equipment – Awesome customer service

Long story short, the USPS tracking site indicated that my package had been diverted to Puerto Rico. This is an issue, as I live in Washington state.

I dropped Lawson a note, and he immediately shipped me a replacement order.

It was a small order, of some hyper reflective 2mm line, some line locks and some mini toggles. But he treated me like an important customer, which I appreciate.

Awesome customer service, and a great experience. Long live the cottage industry!

I also had a very positive interaction with Lawson. Wouldn't hesitate ordering from him again or recommending him.

it is easy for them to care when our order is hundreds of dollars. it was that kind of attention to SMALL orders that made me keep reordering from him, joe at zpacks, blackrock, etc…

Ive had a couple orders with him and it's always been a great experience. I really like how he has his billing, invoice and shipping setup.

I have bought a bunch of things from him. Super service and the best to deal with if you have any problems.

I miscalculated on the length I needed for something and he took care of it.

His products are great!

I am making a 6×9 cuben tarp from his very cool yellow cuben at a "deal" price.

Just adding that I think they are great as well. super useful little things, cheap, fast shipping.

A+ for Lawson equipment. I expect to see lots of yellow tarps up in the Sierras this summer, I will be flying mine.
