Notification of Thread Replies

Greetings, is there anyway to recieve an automation e-mail notification to a forum posting for each thread that we follow?

i.e., an e-mail that is sent to all thread users when a new post on that particular thread is made.

(may help make thread discusion more efficient?)

When you're logged in, just click the "Watch this thread" link at the top.
