Neoair winter us?

The NeoAir will suck the heat right out of you at those temps. If you want to stay warm take the RidgeRest, if you want comfort- take both.
There are a ton of threads talking about this very issue. Read through them to see how you can make it work.

I've used my short, NeoAir on snow with a blue ccf pad in the low 20'sF and just the NeoAir for two nights on dry, decomposed granite type soil which wasn't frozen but in the mid single digits in Oct. down by Crabtree Meadow close to Mt Whitney. I used my 5 degree bag on the snow and my 15 degree bag on the dry dirt. After two nights, you could easily see where I had slept on the snow, but I got by, do not recommend using the old, short NeoAir on the snow, unless you had a better second pad or something else. If the ground is cold or frozen, I would not recommend it at least by itself.

I have a Neoair I bought a few years ago. I've slept well three times when the overnight low was 20 F. I was using a 15 degree quilt with a silk bag liner. The ground was not frozen and no snow. The first was late fall in Michigan and the others mid-winter in Florida. I would not consider using this combination in mid-winter in Michigan.

I'd use just the foam or both. I've used my Neo at 10 F with generic blue CCF both above and below it and was perfectly fine. Bag was REI Sub Kilo 20 F but I had lots of clothing, too. I've also used another lightly insulated inflatable (POE X-lite Thermo knockoff) to -2 F the same way and was quite cozy.
