Have any of you ever tried the U-shaped airline travel pillows? I hate them all! They push my neck forward. I'd like to find one with minimal volume behind the neck and full to the sides to support my head (no bobble-heads here!).

I've been thinking of having someone make either a double-baffle inflatable or a restricted zone in the back of the neck.

Anyone have any recommendations?

Bucky are really comfortable, but somewhat heavy and definitely bulky. I finally stopped after losing my second or third Bucky during airport gate dashes. These days I use the Cocoon Air-Core pillows, and so far the Hyperlight model (68g/2.4oz) has been reliable for me. Just keep it underinflated for maximum comfort.

I just used my Therm-A-Rest pillow cross country, and loved it. Great Tempurpedic like material, compresses nicely, and best of all (for me, and those that care) made in Seattle WA, not China.

Cheers
