Extra large dry bag needed (maybe 55 liter?) to stuff a sleep system into – while wearing Arctic expedition mitts. Yup, dry bag needs to stay flexible at -40*. Use is for multi day Arctic racing (on foot, pulling a sled).  Need a dry bag in case of overflow, very rare but can happen rain, or more likely trail thaws and we have to traverse through slush.

just need to large enough that I can easily and expediently get my system in while wearing Arctic mitts so if 45L has a wide mouth or would work, I’m game

I have a Baja 55l from Saillinegear that is essentially unusable in the cold as it’s way too stiff to work with and get my bag system into.

Interesting. I haven’t a clue. Somebody here probably does though.

Why don’t you make one? Dyneema is pretty easy to work with and you can use DCF tape to bond it so you don’t need to sew and then seam seal it. Or you can try a Zpacks DCF pack liner. It might be big enough.
