I'm looking for base layers for this winter and was looking at the Terramar Microthermal pants for my legs. These would be something I would wear while hiking and at rest for a hopeful month long hike (possibly turning into a thru hike if life allows it) of the AT starting January 1.
Does anyone have any experience with this product? I haven't been able to find many reviews online.
I'm a college student, so money is an issue for me. I would love to buy Smartwool products and be outfitted totally in wool, but I don't think I can swing it.
If the microthemals are not a match their wool product could work. Does anyone have experience with the Terramar thermawool pants? I found a post from some time along this line, but I was hoping to get some more responses. Thanks.
