A.) If any trail would force a birth, this would be it.
B.) How does one not know they are 9 months pregnant? "Gee, I don't feel so well. I wonder if its the Mountain House Chicken and Rice?"
I'd guess the baby would be base weight, since it is not a consumable. I hate when the base weight unexpectedly jumps up 7 pounds or so.

At least this story has a reasonable explanation for why she didn't suspect she was pregnant (had already miscarried one of the twins). Glad to hear it turned out OK. What a trouper she was trying to continue to backpack during labor pains!!!
