Can anyone recommend a lightweight knee brace?
Sep 18, 2011 at 5:23 pm #1780667I use one by Bodyglove, good all around support and doesn't shift much like a couple of the smaller strap type ones I've tried.

Weight is 2.5 oz for a large.McDavid makes a couple that look like they may be lighter but I don't own either for comparison.

Used it during rehab and have since used it many times on slippery downhill slopes and it works great. My size medium weighs 3.6 oz.
