Got my new 29″ mountain bike on Wednesday, and took it out on a local trail through the woods yesterday. Great fun, and ready for new adventures.

I'm jealous, I really want a 29er.
Nice ride, Hendrik! I had the opportunity to ride a Black Sheep 36er this past week. Its certainly different. The front tire alone was 10 lbs (4.5kg) and the whole bike was around 37lbs (16.8kg). I'll stick with my 29er for now. ;)
When are you getting frame bags on there?!

Great stuff. 29'ers are great on trails. A little more exercise but that's a plus.
