Hi Everyone,
I came up with a cool way to make ultra lightweight super durable lash straps. They work great for compressing gear and lashing things to your backpack, raft, kayak, etc.. They come in five lenghts and are built using a 1/8″ Nylon cord and Line Lock’s

Cool idea. Any chance you'll be offering it in one of the high-viz lines? Would the glowire be too abrasive on gear when torquing? Ironwire too slippery?
I can see these being dual use… Packing, guyline, belt.
cord belt is pretty uncomfortable IMHO.. Just sayin. :p
The Glowire would work fine, but the reflective tracers are a bit abrasive on gear and the Ironwire doesn't work the best with the line lock's since the vinyl coating is a bit slippery. The nylon I use is almost a flat weave so it has more surface area which helps to protect you gear to some degree and the cord works really good with the line lock's.
