I'm looking to make a hipbelt somewhat like the belt on the ULA Circuit. From my inspection of the pack, it appears that the belt uses two densities of foam: a stiff, thinner outer layer and a softer thicker inner layer.

Anybody know where to find the stiff outer foam used in the pack?
