Looking for instructions to convert dry duck pants to a skirt. Thanks in advance

My daughter modified mine and all she did was cut a straight line just above the bottom of the crotch and sewed the 2 front pieces together pulling the material in a bit as they edges were not 2 straight matching pieces. She did the same for the back, then hemmed the bottom. It's only 17" long but does the trick for me. I can post a pic or two if you'd like.

Thanks Randy, yea, I would like to see a pic.
If you were to make another, would you keep it at 17"?

I'm not sure how helpful these pics will be Curtis but here they are. The length works fine for me as the bottom is just above my knee. They're mediums so length will change based on size, I assume.
