Hey everyone I was thinking about purchasing the Black Diamond Storm Headlamp at REI during their Labor Day sale. The only light I have been using for backpacking is a key chain Photon X-light Micro LED.
I was wondering if my current setup would suffice for a PCT through hike (I can turn my key chain light into headlamp mode by velcroing it to my hat which is all ready setup to go). Or if a actual headlamp with decent battery life and lumens would be the way to go.
What are your thoughts?
