the website says a year, but I can't help but think that miles would be a much better measure
mine are ~ two years old w/ ~ 600 miles (backpacking/trail running) and seem to be in good shape (but maybe not???)

I used two sets of Green Superfeet in 2,665 miles.
The first pair were flat as a crepe and the plastic heal counter fell off after mile 1,100.
The second pair made it all the way to Canada and mile 2,665 and were in pretty good shape still.
Since then i replace them every 1,000 miles or there abouts.
A trick i learned to extend their life and provide greater support is to put the superfeet on top of the stock insoles in your trail runners.
You will have to ease up the lacing to make room or even use a wider shoe.
The benefit is GREATLY increased cusioning and support.
My trail runners would wear out after about 500 miles and I would simply pull the superfeet out and slip them into the next pair at a resupply and mince on down the trail.
.
It depends on how much you want the foam cushion, or how much you want the plastic support.
I had a sales associate at a running store tell me that superfeet are fine for motion control until the plastic cracks. That has been my experience, and I'm pretty sure it's over 2,000 miles per pair.
thanks gents! mine are probably just barely getting broken then :) not flat, not cracking, no loss of heel counter
not sure if mine would fit w/ the original insole, but worth trying
I've heard the orange offers a little more cushion vs the green, not sure if that's true or not (I have the green)???
I find mine are good for about 1,000 miles before they need to be replaced.
