Nice overnight with great weather. Saw moose or 'boo tracks near the summit, wolf scat, lots of wildflowers and a bloom of tiny grasshoppers.
Just one other group on a dayhike. Camped on the shoulder at treeline.
Found a tall snag for a bear hang.
Forgot my boots, so had to do the hike in flip flops. Okay with a couple of near misses
at stubbing toes.
