An unnamed trail network on the New Mexico/TX border on private land but the developers have been good enough to let mountain bikers and hikers develop an informal trail system up to the state park. It will likely be developed sooner rather than later in this still growing region but enjoy for now:

Blue skies with clouds for monsoon season.
Trails are starting to open but no stoves allowed (including backpacking stoves). Prefer hot coffee when waking up at 11,000 ft, so did some desert hiking/mountain biking for the 4th.
