Who has experience mixing their own electrolytes?
I realize I can get sodium, chloride, and potassium from Salt + imitation salt (aka "salt replacement"), but what about the others?
What are some good sources of concentrated calcium, magnesium, hydrogen phosphate, and hydrogen carbonate?
