    @marienbad

    Who has experience mixing their own electrolytes?

    I realize I can get sodium, chloride, and potassium from Salt + imitation salt (aka "salt replacement"), but what about the others?

    What are some good sources of concentrated calcium, magnesium, hydrogen phosphate, and hydrogen carbonate?

    Look into Endurolytes by Hammer Nutrition. It is available as capsules and powder.
