I've worn out my Icebreaker 150 Leggings –
Is there any other product that is equivalent: Superfine, light (<135 g), durable, less expensive?
Thanks.

Greg, are you looking for a wool replacement or is synthetic okay?
When i'm not using my IB 150s, I take my patagonia capilene 2's
In a men's size small, my IB150's weigh 144 g, and the cap2's weigh 141g.
Even warmer are the cap 3's which weigh 169g in a men's small
I think the 150's are slightly warmer than the capilene2's, and the cap3's are warmer than the 150s.
The warmth difference between the 150's and the cap2 isn't really noticeable for me in the temp ranges that I use either at though.
I'm up in the air about whether to bring my cap2's or IB150's for my jmt hike, but I think im leaning towards the cap2's for their durability and quick drying. So maybe, its what you're looking for?
Konrad,
The primary use is sleepwear. My trail clothes get pretty filthy, so I do a quick wipe-down, then don LJs and a LS T (Golite) for sleeping. Keeps the quilt cleaner. Feels better, and I don't stick to my sleeping pad.
Gotta be wool. Doesn't get the stink as fast as synthetic. Super-breathable.
I have some MEC equivalents to Cap 1, and they are to warm.
I'm only familiar with Icebreaker wool, and I'm wondering if anything else compares.
I have a Icebreaker hoodie and socks. I also use minus33 tops and bottoms but don't know how they would compare to IB layers, I like them. Ibex also makes wool products but I have not used them.
Carl,
Thanks for the lead on the Ibex.
They look like contenders.
Good gage, light weight, basic, ok price.
