As the BPL Ultralight Mosquito Headnet is discontinued, I would like to improvise a
similar headnet for the coming hike.

No I'm searching to get a small amount of the material; Bridal veil mesh, maybe best in black?
The webshops I found are only selling a whole roll of it; Does anybody know a source where
to get a small amount of the suitable material.

It's usually called tulle. Joann fabrics has it at local stores by the yard, or check online, joann.com has it. ebay usually has it very cheap.

I can send you some No See Um for the price of shipping, maybe a couple of dollars. Let me know how much.

I picked up some at Wal***t for $1.29 per yard last week.
Black. I told the sales lady it was for a wedding. No reaction. Tough crowd.

It will be a cylinder about 50 inches in circumference and 23 inches in height. Light elastic at ends. Recommendations on dimensions?

Going to the UP soon and it will be a necessity.
