Poor me . . .
This sudden immersion (#) into this UL and hi-tech world of modern marvels has left me dazed and confused, like a roo in the headlights of a ute.

Anyway, in the good ol’ days (about 18 months ago) there was Fleece and little else. Now there are a zillion wonderful fabrics with a miriad of names and no way of my poor brain of knowing how they compare to each other especially when relating to warmth.
It used to be 100 fleece and 200 fleece and gortex. 100 fleece was warm, 200 fleece really warm and gortex waterproof and breathable.
Now I don’t know which materials are equal to 100 fleece, which are equal to 200 fleece and which are breathable and waterproof like gortex.
Anyone know what equals what ?
