How about a first aid kit or a stove. What's the inner tube and electrical tape for? I don't see a ground cloth.
I suspect the section of inner tube is for use as an emergency fire starter and signal smoke?
No ground cloth needed, it is built into the bug bivy.
You could save weight by going with a UL bug bivy, eg. Six Moon Designs, Mountain Laurel, Oware, Bearpaw, …
