Anyone know if Dinkey Lakes are clear of snow this time of year?
They seem to be low elevation?

Most of Dinky Lakes Wilderness is above 9k feet. Here is the snow data from Helms Meadow (elevation 8,200 feet) near Courtright Reservoir . I am also hoping to find time to do a hike in this area over the summer.

It's fun trying to figure out California's weird snow data system. Here's what I've found right in that area from NOAA. Not sure if these are estimates or measured data, but unless they're 170 inches off…
Hi Chris,
I plugged in your URL and got a page for March 23-30 showing about 180 inches/56 inches water. When I take it out to May 23 I get these data, which indicate about 100 inches of snow remaining (40 inches of water).
I don't know anything about this station, but it must have far more instrumentation than the typical "snow pillows." It's a nice find, thanks!
FWIW I caught a few glimpses through the clouds of the Crystal Range west of Tahoe this weekend, and they look like they normally do in February. It's going to be a short backpacking season.
