I suggest that you purchase in the UK and ship to the USA look at the accompanying thread here
Check out Ebay. I recently bought a Litespeed jacket, new, for around $50 including shipping.

Be aware that the new UK version of the Litespeed is a little different to those previously sold in the USA. For example the new style does not have lining in the hood.
I had good luck ordering Montane items from http://www.hike-lite.co.uk/ a year or so ago. Nice staff and helpful too.
Edit: Can’t remember what s/h cost me, but I don’t recall it being inordinate.
