i'm looking for a lineloc the size of lineloc3 with a hook on the other side similar to the hooks on a bag pad strap from sierra designs:

does such an item exist?
these hooks pass over a loop of grosgrain or webbing relatively easily but stay on with a bit of tension. i'm not even sure what the hook itself is called
i want these for several applications. one of which is to hook on my belt loops as an attachment for some chaps i'm making. another could be for securing the sides of a rolltop bag closure instead of using heavier webbing and a clip…
