i've been carrying this full box of matches for years. i've probably used two of them.
had a sick and rainy day off and amongst other things decided to toy with the box. the matches need a striker of the right type. the best way is probably just to stick the matches in a small ziplock/pill bag and cut the striker off the box and stick them both in my ditties or first aid kit.
but this was interesting…
turned the box into a triangular box to hold just a few matches. i have 5 in there, could easily hold 8 or 9
