What is the optimum distance from the tab to the bottom of the cup, using a wind screen?
I have a wind screen/cup combination for using an alcohol stove. So wondering how close the esbit tab needs to be so I can build the "holder" for the tab at the right height.

I believe 1 1/2" is optimal. IIRC, Thru-hiker.com has an article about it.
