I am thinking it may be the BPL 550?

Take a look at the Evernew Titanium 500ml Ultra Light Mug Pot (ECA266). It's 0.5 oz. heavier than the BPL 550 due to the handles but still only 2.7 oz. It's available at AntiGravityGear or TrailDesigns among other places and sells for about $46.

I'd guess the Trapper has to be in there somewhere (1.65oz). Technically its 475ml but that's close enough.

Haven't seen one lighter than the BPL Firelite 550 SUL. Pot 1.5 oz, lid 0.7 oz, total 2.2 oz. I love mine. The base is wider than most small cups, allowing for better heat transfer.

similar (same?) as the evernew 550, but with a CF lid
2.4oz (68g) total. as soon as i find a spare $50 i'm getting that thing to replace my HAA pot/lid
Evernew 600ml is only 3.4oz.
Larger insulated handles, pour spout and lid, and wide base.
Besides that, like others have said, the Trapper Mug is still the lightest- a pair of wool gloves substitute as excellent handles, and aluminum foil is already in your pantry for use as a lid.
David:
My Firelite 550 is just big enough to boil 2 cups of water without the water boiling over. So, if you need to boil 2 cups (473 ml) of water to rehydrate meals, then I recommend the 550 capacity.
My preferred system to boil water for dehydrated meals is a BPL Trappers Mug with TiGoat CF Lid.
I use the MH ProPak Single Serving dehydrated meal (16oz) which uses 1.5 cups (360mls) of water vice the regular MH dehydrated meals (20oz) which use 2 cups (473mls). If using the latter, I'd probably go with a 550ml volume pot.
