Shoebuy seems to pretty consistently be running either a 15% or 20% off promotion. Even when their banner says "today only" I've found that this is rarely true. Pretty good deals can be found here, I check them out every few weeks to see what they've got.

One word of caution though, they don't always update their site in a timely manner to reflect true stock on hand. I tried to order a fleece a few months ago and about a week later received an email saying that it wasn't in stock. To their credit, they extended an additional discount on another item.
