I wish there was an integrated sleep system with top quilt, with:
1. removeable attachments to body shaped insulating pad with;
2. integrated ground cloth, with;
3. the top quilt having bivy like materials such eVent at the foot.

It seems so redundant to have separate items for a single sleep system and increases the fiddle factor which interferes with sleep and enjoyment.

I considered buying a Montbell UL sleeping bag cover and sewing a layer of synthetic insulation and momentum 90 in with top quilt style. Sounded good at the time, but there's a reason for all the different pieces. Ground cloth gets dirty and holy, bivy gets wet and shouldn't be packed with your bag, pad needs change with conditions, etc.

Sounds like you want a Golite quilt (WP/B footbox, removable pad attachment) and some sticky industrial velcro

I think a few companies have attempted this, but these systems always seemed more like emergency sleep systems.
