Mountian Hardwear Scrambler Pack

I played with one for a few minutes at a local outdoor shop. My memory is that it did not have a hipbelt.

No mention of a waist strap on the MH sit and the Altrec.com web site says(the italics are mine):

I have looked at them in a store– it is your basic shaped stuff sack with straps.
