    Locale: Northern California

Brian Gunney and I will be leading two Sierra Club sponsored, moderate lightweight trips this summer.

The first is a three day trip (July 22-24) in Yosemite over Mono Pass and back over Donohue Pass. It is moderate with ~15-16 mile days and 3000-4000' of gain. All trail. We will have evening discussions about lightweight gear and techniques.

The second is a four day trip (August 20-23) in Emigrant Wilderness (north of Yosemite) It is a little harder with 16-18 mile days including some relatively easy/moderate (class 2) cross country travel.

More information and contact information is posted at:
    http://www.sanfranciscobay.sierraclub.org/chapter/events/calendar.aspx

To find the trip scroll down and search by month or filter by activity and date.
