Ultralight generic gear list

This was added to the Wiki yesterday (presumably by Dale, but I don't remember exactly).

I added it to the Wiki.

And yes, the idea was to create a basic list of the *kinds* of items that are typically included, rather than specific brands and models. It will change with time, but I don't think it will be outdated as fast as more specific lists. Hopefully, it will be a little less daunting for a newcomer to understand. It should contrast nicely with other, more traditional backpacking gear lists and teach by example– what to leave out!

Like I said, the devil is in the details :)
