Tarp size for a big friend

Where are folks buying tarps from these days? Related, what size would you recommend for someone who's 6'9"?

I'm thinking either a plain 8×10 or a big cat cut, if those exist. He'd like to stay ~$100.

Oware's 8×10 is around that price, and so is Bear Paw's. I'm sure there are others, but those are the ones I've looked at (recently got one of Oware's 5×8's to use as a cooking shelter or awning).
