i recently shattered my ankle in a climbing accident and have decided to move from my low cut hiking/backpacking shoes to a more supportive high top backpacking boot. I'd like have a light boot with good breathability, but more importantly support – so im wondering if you guys have any opinions or recommendations.
thanks
johnny

Aug 6, 2011 at 2:40 pm #1766735I'm having a problem finding shoes with mid/high tops that DON'T have GoreTex or other types of waterproof linings, myself. But I'm looking at the Merrel Moab Ventilators for my boyfriend, as that's what I wear in W.
