I've noticed that HMG has the new Windrider Southwest now available. The main difference from the Windrider is that the exterior pockets are made using hardline material in place of the mesh.

I like the looks of pack, but would like to see a 3d spacer mesh Lumbar pad, that has the ability to add your own padding. The material they're using for the pack has got to be very slippery, where the pack will want to slide down off your lumbar, when carrying heavier loads. A simple 8"x8" patch of spacer mesh, open on top, with a little Velcro to close it off would do the trick.
