Columbia announces a new line of Lithium powered jackets gloves and boots and a more interesting line of reflective breathable fabric.

Here are reviews of the reflective jacket. First run a miss but the fabric itself sounds like it might work.

Jacket sounds breathable . The detachable reflective under layer sounds like the winner.

I'd rather have lithium powered detachable heaters that you can strap to your hands or feet. That may not be practical when moving, but could work in sleeping bag.
