It took me 4 full days to complete this pack including designing, making patterns, and sewing. This is a technical pack which I'm aiming to use for river tracing. The capacity is around 40L, and it weighs about 740grams, 26 ounces, exculding back pad and aluminum stays. I'm still working with the detachable lid, side pocket, water bottle pockets, and hip pockets etc..

Hey great looking pack!!! Looks like the 4 days was well worth the wait, love the design and details you put in this pack, nice job! Is the front pocket made out of Xpac?

Very cool! I like white and your workmanship is sure better than mine.

Did you stitch through the 1" webbing, fabric and foam with those bar tack looking stitches on the shoulder straps? I'm pretty sure my machine couldn't do that.

Beautiful looking pack! Can I ask where you got the dyneema fabric?

I sewed entire pack with industial machine with different setup.

The dyneema fabrics are from a my friend which is a top secret for him.

Really impressive work. What fabric did you use for the 'inside' of the shoulder straps and hipbelt?

The fabrics on the inner side is something like lycra woven fabrics. If you are asking the foam inside, it's 3 layers of foam including a stiffer one on the outter side.

Where did you get the fabric??? Can you get more? Your friend… stole it? If its "top secret" that is as government property has to be destroyed and can't be sold off generally speaking…

Thanks!

I just noticed you used white LadderLocs on the shoulder straps – nice touch!

My friend just gave me several yards, but doesn't want to share how he got it. I think I couldn't get more for now.
