Yes they do! And they are so light they float on the snow!

I have seen once: I just tried it today. It was really fun going up & down small steep hills! I'll do that again. Going up I managed the steepest hills holding the lurk from middle with both hands and pushing it sideways down to snow, then pulled myself up. Local terrain in link below
