Just cut out some new cuben fiber tarps of the CN2K.08 of a tan color in flat tarp 2 (8×10) and Cattarp1.5. Center seam on these is glued so no seam sealing needed.

Also cut out some new two person bivys. Some with 20d Quarktex DWR tops, sil bottoms,

and some PTFE waterproof breathable on BOTH top and bottom of the bivy for maximum
breathing. Compare this proprietary PTFE fabric to eVent for vapor transmission rates.

Add a full length two person wide closed cell plastizote pad to extend your summer sleep
system to 3 seasons for you and your honey.

These products should be ready to ship by the beginning of March. Use coupon code
spring to get 10% off anything ordered from now till March 15th.

I was thinking about buying some fabric from you in the next few weeks and was wondering if the 10% code applies to there too.
Thanks

Sure, you will need to call to order fabric as the only fabric I have for the online
shopping cart is the Quarktex DWR.

Just made up the sewing sample for the all PTFE two person bivy.

Weight is 26 oz. Girth 106", length 76" (not including the 18" of height at the feet and
head).

All black two layer PTFE laminate, the inside is the exposed PTFE film with no PU coating or glues
so will breath VERY well and is lighter than 2.5 or 3 layer. It is laminated to a 70d
ripstop nylon. Tho some of the film will scratch off with use, the scratches are generally not deep enough to effect waterproofness and the tradeoff for breathability and
weight reduction is worth it. This fabric will be many times more waterproof and windproof
than standard DWR materials like the Pertex Quantum R.

Cross chest zipper with strip of noseeum netting over the face so the bivy can be fully
zipped but still have plenty of air flow for breathing.

Will post pictures at my web site when they come back from the sewist.

David,

What other fabric do you have available for sale?
