I am considering purchasing one of these to replace my BA Insulate Air Core. The BA pad weighs 2 oz over the manufacturer’s specs, without the stuffsack and repair kit. Is the 13 oz weight listed for the Prolite Short acccurate?

Without the stuff sack, yes, that is how much it weighs.
With sack, mine is 13.5 oz for the Prolite 3 short
