I recently used Shoe Goo to coat the grossgrain fabric tube ends on my TT Moment tent carbon fiber rod covers. Two of the 4 ends were wearing through and this seemed the fastest and likely the most permenant way to fix them.
Shoe Goo can be used for other things like repairing cork hiking pole grips that are getting worn or chipped away – or even use it on your shoes!
Feb 7, 2011 at 3:45 pm #1693722I love shoegoo. Sometimes I don't have seamgrip on hand, and I turn to shoegoo…they are remarkably similar in my book. I've repaired torn CCF mats, shoe soles, damaged packs etc. Good stuff and cheap!
