I found my leak in my air mattress. Its coming out around the valve where the valve seals to the material (nylon?).

If I hold the valve underwater and squeeze the pad I see a steady stream of bubbles.

How do I fix this?

I have a patch kit for a neo air, and that glue is in there….I will try that.

Thanks so much.

I had forgotten I had it till you posted that.

If I remember correctly Bender quit glueing the vavles in. He felt he was getting a good enough seal w/out it. I couldn't, quickly, find it in his MYOG thread but if you are interested I bet he mentions it there.

Also, I remember one of the forum members mentioning glueing a piece of synthetic insulation over the inside of his MYOG downmat's valve the provide a fast deflation (saw your other post) — might consider doing that to solve you deflation problem while you have the vavle out.
