I consider this a can't-go-wrong deal for a med weight high volume pack. Besides it's REI. Mine will be ready for pick up in a few days.
Addendum: check out the golite 40% off thread – might get a great deal on a golite pack too, but I don't know the details.

Big Bear, not Big Ben, it's in the Outlet and it is a women's pack.

Also, watch the sizing: I just noticed the torso length might be a little short for me. I'm picking mine up when it arrives in Maple Grove, and can try it right at the store.
