this store is slow though, they take forever to ship.

I ordered a couple patagonia items from them and then called and canceled my order last Tuesday when they hadn't shipped after 3 or 4 days. Guy says it's canceled and no big deal and I get the confirmation email soon after. Then I got an email that my order had partially shipped the next day. I refused the package yesterday and my card hasn't been refunded yet! Not too impressed.

ya, i had an issue when i ordered a pair of keen sandals, was charged, then informed that there was an inventory error and they were out of stock. i was refunded, but because i live in canada and had to incur a 2.5% visa exchange fee on the purchase and the refund, i was out almost $10. i decided to give them a second chance though and have since made several purchases that have gone through without a glitch.

i have made several purchases at this shop and have had one bad experience too, it was over xmas time and they were not even reachable by phone or email. i was very mad, but once you talk to them they will make it right. they gave me discounts for future buying. i only buy things from this site that i do not need in the next few weeks. its too bad because they have really good prices sometimes. sometimes the savings are worth putting up with their crap.

The trick with these guys is that they don't have much stock on hand.

Usually, when they have BIG discount going, they have to order the item from the Manufactor first.. Hense the delay . However, , also, the way that they can keep their over head down ..

I bought a WM Versalite from them Saved @ 30% with a combo of discounts. .. They ordered it direct from WM .. However, I was able to have it drop shipped . direct to me .. I live in Ca, so it was just a matter of days before I received my bag.
