http://owfinc.com/Fabrics/insulation.asp They have 3.3 oz, close enough I'd say.
OWC is climashield high loft with a lower clo value of .68. Thru hiker has been out of XP over a month and XP has a .82 clo value . I don't know if thru hiker is waiting for Apex release? I would give them a call and see when he will get more XP or Apex with higher clo value the wait will be worth it.
