Good Deal Jeff. Got one in large. Wish they had the smaller sizes left for my son.
I was able to pick up one locally for a little bit cheaper! Looks to be a very nice jacket. I really like the pockets being accessible with my pack on. The venting is done through the vest pocket and side pockets, and not pit zips.

I tried one out, and liked it as much as the Precip I've used before- the pockets vented well enough for me, at least vs the Precip. Not as well as some of the jackets with pitzips that go from elbow to a few inches above the waist, but not bad- especially for $50! :)
